Job Description :

As Manager Corporate Communication, you will lead the corporate communications team of LS Digital and will develop and implement internal and external communication strategies for LS Digital and group companies to ensure unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity.

As Manager Corporate Communications, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our company's public image and brand reputation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communication plans and initiatives that align with our company's goals and objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of public relations, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote and positively represent LS Digital through internal and external communication
  • Develop and implement strategy, objectives, and messages for LS Digital and group companies.
  • Work with PR agency and ensure implementation of communication plan is in line with identified sow for the brand and group companies.
  • Liaises with different internal teams and oversees the workflow and assignments from different verticals and teams to ensure effective, consistent, and best quality work; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts.
  • Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events, launches, promotions, etc.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations for company spokespeople.
  • Work closely with marketing team to manage and maintain positive brand image on all social media platforms.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage all internal and external communications, including press releases, media relations, and crisis management.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, industry influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the company's brand reputation.
  • Create and manage content like like press releases, bylined articles, blogs, media responses etc. for various communication channels, including media, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Monitor and analyse media coverage to identify trends and opportunities for proactive communication.
  • Serve as the company spokesperson and handle media inquiries and interviews.
