Job Description:

Are you a motivated and versatile professional eager to contribute to multiple functions within a growing company? We are seeking a Junior Executive to assist in Marketing, Sales, Hiring, and Project Management. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow and develop in a dynamic environment, with the potential to transition from delegated tasks to autonomous project management.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and digital marketing strategies.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation, customer relationship management, and CRM maintenance.
  • Participate in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Help manage projects by tracking progress, organizing resources, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making across various functions.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain and create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each function.
  • Identify tasks that can be automated to increase efficiency.
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the founder and other senior team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
