Job Description:
Are you a motivated and versatile professional eager to contribute to multiple functions within a growing company? We are seeking a Junior Executive to assist in Marketing, Sales, Hiring, and Project Management. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow and develop in a dynamic environment, with the potential to transition from delegated tasks to autonomous project management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and digital marketing strategies.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, customer relationship management, and CRM maintenance.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Help manage projects by tracking progress, organizing resources, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making across various functions.
- Collaborate with different teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional projects.
- Maintain and create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for each function.
- Identify tasks that can be automated to increase efficiency.
- Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by the founder and other senior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn.
