Role Description
The Autodesk Training Center Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and growing the training division at Blueprints Design. This individual will oversee daily operations, implement business development strategies, and drive enrollment growth for Autodesk software and BIM training programs. Collaborating closely with the training team, the Training Center Manager will develop sales strategies, manage client relations, and ensure revenue targets are met while upholding a high standard of technical training delivery. This includes overseeing academic and corporate training, implementation training, and skill development programs for students, civil engineers, architects, and construction professionals. Additionally, the Training Center Manager will coordinate Autodesk certification programs and maintain cutting-edge technology and resources for an impactful learning experience.
Key Responsibilities -
- Sales & Business Development -
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive enrollment growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and partnership within the industry.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and demands in Autodesk and BIM software training.
- Operational Management -
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the training center, ensuring a seamless and efficient learning environment.
- Monitor and manage training schedules, resource allocation, and staffing needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality training materials and resources align with industry standards.
- Training & Development -
- Lead the coordination of Autodesk and BIM software training programs, ensuring curriculum relevance and the latest technology is available.
- Manage academic, corporate, and implementation training sessions to meet the needs of various audiences, from students to industry professionals.
- Facilitate Autodesk certification processes to ensure students gain accredited, industry-recognized credentials.
- Strategic Leadership
- Work closely with the training team to improve curriculum content, instructional methods, and program offerings based on feedback and industry developments.
- Provide leadership and support to instructors, promoting a collaborative and engaging learning environment.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and seek continuous improvements to enhance the overall student experience.
Qualifications -
- Minimum 08 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in training management, sales, or business development within the AECO or manufacturing industries.
- Strong understanding of Autodesk software, BIM processes, and the AECO industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing industry needs.
