Are you ready to amplify our vibes? At our Upcoming Latin bar and restaurant in South Delhi. We’re not just serving drinks; we’re creating a venue for community engagement with great Latin food.

As our Community Manager, you’ll be the voice that brings our unique stories to life and build, and engages with our community.

What’s expected from you?

Community Engagement
• Interact with guests both in-person and online to foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
• Organize and host events, both online and offline, to build a thriving community
• Develop engaging content for social media, including posts, stories, and videos that reflect the bar’s brand and events.
• Create and execute campaigns to keep the community informed about upcoming events and promotions,

Event Planning and Execution:

• Plan, promote, and execute events and special promotions to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and media to create joint events and promotions

Customer Feedback:
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the bar’s services and offerings.
• Address customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally

Brand Representation and Partnerships:

• Act as the face of the bar in the community, representing its values and culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with regular patrons
• Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, artists, musicians, and influencers to enhance the bar’s community presence.

The Ideal Candidate:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• A Self-Starter
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse groups of people.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and community building.
• Knowledge of the local area and community trends.
