Job Summary:  

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Writer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging and compelling content across Virohan’s social media platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to help grow our audience, build brand awareness, and contribute to lead generation efforts through well-crafted posts, campaigns, and storytelling.


Key Responsibilities:

- Create and curate engaging, original content tailored for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)  

- Write compelling copy that aligns with Virohan’s tone and voice, effectively communicating the value of our healthcare education programs  

- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing posts that enhance written content  

- Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to grow audience engagement and conversion  

- Monitor trends in social media, healthcare education, and audience preferences to optimize content relevance  

- Manage a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of posts, updates, and campaign materials  

- Engage with social media followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly  

- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement  

- Work closely with the marketing and SEO teams to ensure content supports broader lead generation and branding objectives  


Qualifications:  

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field  

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Writer or similar role  

- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail  

- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and best practices  

- Experience using social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)  

- Creative thinking with the ability to generate fresh ideas for engaging content  

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously  

- Understanding of healthcare education or interest in the healthcare industry is a plus
