- 7-8 years’ experience purely into Automotive/Auto Components /Auto Ancillary OEM Marketing & Business Development
Key Responsibilities
- Be aware of our's and competitor's SOB and price and engage with all customer reps to fortify position
- Track monthly sales and take actions if SOB is not as per plan
- Negotiate with Customer for seeking better SOB.
- Error free, timely pricing, and price variation.
- Resolution of issues related to delivery, customer end service.
- Tight review of outstanding's and prompt closure of the same.
- Inventory Management -- no customer line stoppage as well no >45 days inventory pile up.
- Review competency level of subordinates and propose improvement plan.
- To adhere to the systems defined and avoid any NCs.
- Contribute towards profitability increase measures.
- International client management for sales and business growth
- Find new customers in Indian OE and International segments
