We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Client Relationship Executive for our growing team. This is an end-to-end role where you will act as a liaison between clients, candidates, and the recruitment team.

This is a remote position based in India, and you will be working with various clients and candidates. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of the candidate placement process, from job postings to document verification, ensuring that all steps are executed smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners for collecting requirements
  • Understand client requirements and assist in posting job openings in various online job portals to attract suitable candidates
  • Actively engage with applicants, screen resumes, and shortlist suitable candidates for the roles
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, candidates, and partners.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential candidates efficiently and ensure a seamless application process.
  • Collect necessary documents from candidates required for Work Pass filings.
  • Verify the completeness and correctness of the documents submitted by candidates, including but not limited to passports, educational certificates, work experience letters, and other immigration-related documents.
  • Liaise with candidates to ensure all required information is obtained in a timely manner.
  • Submit verified documents to clients and immigration partners for processing.
  • Oversee the entire placement process, ensuring that all stages, from candidate selection to document submission, are managed efficiently.
  • Keep clients updated on the status of candidate placements, document collection, and Work Pass filing progress.
  • Handle follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of any issues related to candidates or clients.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with both clients and candidates to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of candidates and Workpass filing processes.
  • Address any concerns or queries raised by candidates or clients and provide timely resolutions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Management
  • 1-2 years of experience in business account management, recruitment, or administrative roles is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and candidates.
  • Excellent attention to detail, meticulous with a strong ability to verify documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good understanding of Information Technology roles and skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable using online recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior experience in document management or managing client-facing interactions is preferred.
