Position Overview:

MicroMitti seeks a Senior Real Estate Sales Executive skilled in driving high-value sales

closures within the real estate market. This role is centered on achieving sales targets through

strategic lead conversion and exceptional client management.


Key Responsibilities:

 Sales & Closures:

o Lead high-ticket sales efforts, focusing on converting leads into successful

closures efficiently.

o Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement through final contract

signing, ensuring high client satisfaction.

 Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

o Identify client investment needs and match them with appropriate MicroMitti

offerings.

o Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

 Lead Management & Follow-Up:

o Diligently manage and follow up on qualified leads, maximizing closure rates.

o Utilize CRM tools to track lead progression, manage sales pipelines, and monitor

follow-ups.


 Reporting & Target Achievement:

o Prepare accurate reports on sales activities and outcomes.

o Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, reporting sales

performance metrics regularly.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. Sales Revenue Achievement:

o Achieve 100% or more of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Lead Conversion Rate:

o Maintain a lead-to-sale conversion rate of 20% or higher.

3. Sales Cycle Time:

o Average time from lead to closure within a set number of days, aimed at

optimizing the sales cycle for quicker revenue realization.


4. Client Satisfaction Score:

o Achieve a minimum client satisfaction score of 85% post-sale, ensuring a positive

client experience.

5. Follow-Up Rate:

o Conduct follow-ups within 24 hours for all qualified leads, ensuring a consistent

and proactive engagement strategy.


Key Result Areas (KRAs):

1. Revenue Generation:

o Directly contribute to the company’s revenue by meeting or exceeding set sales

quotas.


2. Client Conversion & Retention:

o Successfully convert high-value leads and maintain client relationships for

potential future investments.


3. Pipeline Management:

o Effectively manage and prioritize sales pipelines to optimize lead conversion and

minimize lost opportunities.


4. Efficient Sales Cycle:

o Reduce average sales cycle time by effectively managing follow-ups and client

interactions to drive timely closures.

5. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

o Provide accurate and timely sales reports, enabling better sales forecasting and

resource planning.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

 Experience: Minimum 5+ years in real estate sales with a focus on high-ticket sales

closures.

 Sales Skills: Proficiency in closing deals, strong negotiation skills, and client

engagement.

 Tools Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

 Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, though strong real estate sales track records

are prioritized.
