BCS offers complete Testing Services under one roof for a wide range of products and materials. The company holds accreditation from NABL (Department of Science & Technology, Government of India) in fields including Chemical, Mechanical, Non-Destructive Testing, and Calibration. BCS has a strong analytical capability to directly assist clients and support in-house Quality Assurance and Research Projects.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Bansal Calibration and Test Lab Pvt Ltd located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and providing feedback to the management team.
Qualifications
- Experience with NABL lab is required
- Experience with metal testing lab is preferred
- Proven experience in sales management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of testing and calibration services
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Understanding of market trends and competitor analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience in the testing and calibration industry is required
