Client Servicing Executive (Healthcare Advertising)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Servicing Executive to join our healthcare-focused advertising agency based in Thane. This is an exciting opportunity for a budding professional to work closely with clients and our creative teams, delivering impactful campaigns across ATL, BTL, and Digital mediums.

As the Agency’s Face for Clients, you will ensure seamless communication and collaboration between our clients and internal teams, providing solutions that align with brand strategies and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their brands, services, and advertising objectives.
  • Attend and actively participate in physical and virtual client meetings within Mumbai, ensuring consistent and professional representation of the agency.

Campaign Strategy & Research:

  • Conduct desktop research or dipstick studies to understand target audiences and market trends for pharmaceutical brands.
  • Support the development of strategic communication plans tailored to client needs.

Collaboration & Execution:

  • Work closely with the creative team to translate client briefs into impactful campaigns.
  • Coordinate projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

Project Management:

  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining responsiveness and respecting deadlines.
  • Ensure seamless workflow between internal teams and clients.

Presentation & Communication:

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients, highlighting campaign strategies, progress, and results.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and internal briefings.
What We’re Looking For

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Up to 6 months of experience in client servicing, preferably in advertising or healthcare.

Skillset:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiasm for pharmaceutical and healthcare brands.
  • Adept at desktop research and target audience analysis.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
