Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate and excellent negotiation skills. Preference: Management graduates, Hotel management graduates.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads for sale through the affiliate network, including networking events, referrals, and other channels.
  • Negotiate and secure exclusive right to sell agreements with home sellers to list their properties with the company.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible price and terms.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to potential buyers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales or property management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills (strong command over English is a must)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Total salary up to 10 lakhs per annum, including a fixed salary of 4.0 lakhs and the rest on revenue sharing.
