Qualification, Experience/Competencies

  • Post Graduate with relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience with a US/Canada based company and working as a payroll processor.
  • Communication with external payroll vendors such as ADP
  • Ready to work as individual contributor
  • Working in US shift

Technology/ERP

  • Hands-on experience with payroll ERP like Oracle or workday and software such as ADP.
  • Understanding of latest tools and technology – Workflow, Digital Dashboards
  • Expert working knowledge of MS office with advance excel.
