Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate Social Media Growth Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of growing social media accounts to 10,000+ followers and driving significant engagement. This role focuses primarily on organic growth across Instagram, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn, with occasional paid strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Craft and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase followers and engagement.
- Content Oversight: Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives; occasionally create content as needed.
- Audience Engagement: Actively engage with our online community to foster relationships and encourage interaction.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights to optimise strategies.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers to expand reach and credibility.
- Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns when necessary to support growth objectives.

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in growing social media accounts to 10,000+ followers and enhancing engagement.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with AI prompting tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney.
- Marketing Insight: Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Creative Skills: Proficiency in video editing and graphic design; ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
