About escoADVISOR:

escoADVISOR is a globally recognized Edi software consulting company that provides Edi consulting/digital solutions to energy service and utility companies. We are currently assisting ESCOs/REP’s, across the nation, in increasing revenue within their existing customer base. We work hand-in-hand with your Operations team to ensure each and every transaction processes efficiently within the billing system.


Required Experience & Skills:

ð Proficiency in Excel, Word & Outlook required

ð Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, IT, sales or related area is preferable.

ð Ability to gain a deep understanding and product knowledge and communicate effectively with others.

ð Strong leadership skills with the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, handle uncertainty and handle multiple projects at one time. Completely comfortable using a computer and online-based applications.

ð Analytical & excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, including telephone calls.

ð Innovative thinker and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment


Job responsibilities:

  • Analyzing, reviewing and interpreting EDI guides, functional specifications, and design documents to identify incremental regulatory changes and evolving business requirements
  • Escalate customer requests to the accurate department for request resolution
  • Perform day to day operational activity for Suppliers service deregulated markets.
