Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Specialist – Luxury F&B Brand

We are seeking a dynamic **Sales & Marketing Specialist** with a passion for the **Food & Beverage (F&B) industry** to join our growing team. If you have a knack for crafting compelling marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and implement innovative campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine strategies and ensure brand positioning aligns with market demands.
- Manage end-to-end client interactions, from lead generation to project completion, ensuring exceptional service.
- Represent the brand at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the F&B industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and customer experience.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a creative and results-driven mindset.
