HR - Talent Acquistion Intern

We are looking for HR Talent Acquisition Interns who are passionate about recruitment and want to gain real-world experience in the HR domain. This internship is a 3-month opportunity for graduates who are not currently engaged in any academic or professional commitments. Though this is an internship, we expect full dedication to the role.
If you demonstrate strong performance, a cash bonus will be provided at the end of the internship (undisclosed amount).
- Sourcing Candidates: Identify, attract, and shortlist suitable candidates for various job positions through different channels (job boards, social media, direct sourcing, etc.).
- Screening Applications: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide updates on the recruitment process.
- Database Management: Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines.
- Market Research: Assist in researching recruitment trends and strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with internal departments to understand the needs for open positions and to align recruitment efforts.
- Graduate: Candidates must be recent graduates (Bachelor’s degree required).
- Availability: Full-time availability for 7 hours a day, 5 days a week, for the next 3 months.
- Dedication: We expect a high level of professionalism and commitment to the role.
- Proactivity: Ability to work independently and take initiative in recruitment activities.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Unoccupied: Candidates must not be currently enrolled in any courses or employed in another job, as full-time focus on this internship is required.
- Hands-on Experience: A valuable opportunity to gain experience in talent acquisition and recruitment practices.
